The Chinese American Story

The Chinese have a long history of serving American black folks, ever since the abolition era when segregation was in effect. Black folks could not own business for a long time, and the Chinese couldn't sell their wares to white folks, so both rejected groups developed a symbiotic relationship. However the Chinese have never associated themselves with black folks as far as sharing in any cultural events. The Chinese considered black people as less than they were, being the blacks were slaves while the chins were indentured.
